1. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before your event date. We accept payment via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or other agreed-upon methods.
2. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will forfeit the full payment. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
3. Trial Sessions
Bridal trial sessions are strongly recommended and are available for an additional fee. Trials must be scheduled at least 2 weeks before your event date. Changes to your look on the event day may incur additional charges.
4. Service Timing
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other scheduled clients. We are not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals.
5. Location and Travel
Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. On-location services require adequate lighting, space, and access to power outlets. Additional charges may apply for parking fees or other travel-related expenses.
6. Skin Sensitivities and Allergies
Please inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. We use professional, high-quality products, but cannot guarantee against all possible reactions. A patch test is recommended if you have concerns.
7. Photography and Portfolio Use
By booking our services, you grant us permission to photograph your makeup for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt-out. We respect your privacy and will not share personal information without your consent.
8. Product Usage
We use professional-grade, cruelty-free products. However, we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions to products used during your service. Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities.
9. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or creates an unsafe environment. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
10. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your satisfaction and safety, we are not liable for any indirect damages or consequences arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or transportation issues. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
